Terms & Conditions

1. The sessions

Allowing Flow offers 1:1 presence-based sessions and mentorship for personal exploration and inner awareness.

Sessions take place online and can be booked individually or as part of a package. The details, timing, and price are agreed upon personally before payment.

2. Booking & payment

A booking becomes binding once we have agreed on the details and payment has been received.

Payment is made via Stripe or PayPal using the payment link I provide.

As a small business under § 19 UStG, VAT is not charged.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling

Once a 1:1 session has been booked, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. One rescheduling per appointment is possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Mentorships are agreed as a fixed commitment. Once a mentorship has started, it cannot be cancelled or ended early, and the full agreed amount remains due.

If something unexpected and serious happens, please reach out to me. I will always try to find a kind and reasonable solution where possible.

4. What the sessions are — and are not

These sessions are spaces for presence, conversation, reflection, and personal exploration.

They are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment, or crisis intervention, and they are not intended to diagnose or treat any mental or physical health condition.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological crisis, please seek appropriate professional or emergency support.

5. Your responsibility

The sessions are an invitation to slow down, explore, and meet yourself in a different way. I’m here to listen, be present with you, and offer guidance when it feels supportive, but I’m not here to fix or change anything for you.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing, and actions during and after our work together. The sessions are not a promise of a particular outcome or result.

6. Online sessions

Sessions take place online. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can be fully present for our time together.

7. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you in your country of residence.
